These young homeowners bought a beautiful house in Bryn Mawr that came with a few surprises.  First, the sewer pipe that exists the house crosses through Darby Creek at the rear of the property through a concrete encasement that had settled and shifted, breaking the pipe, resulting in years of sewage contamination of the creek. The settled encasement also altered the course of the stream and caused erosion of the stream banks......

These customers were renovating their home and building an addition on a beautiful wooded property near Ridley Creek State Park.  We designed and installed a new septic system and stormwater system to handle the runoff from the new addition and patio areas......

We provided pool demolition, excavation, filling and compaction to remove the existing, aging pool and prepare the site for a much more modern pool design.  We demolished, removed, and recycled over 220 tons of concrete.  All of the new pool area and decking required a significantly sized storm water infiltration bed which we installed downhill of the new pool area......

This customer needed a new septic system and some serious drainage solutions to control the storm water that ran off the road down the front yard and toward the house.  We installed a lift pump septic system to take advantage of the better drained soils at a high point in the property......
